How does the session work?
I draw on my various tools as a therapist and coach to accompany you, with kindness, trust and gentleness.
Once you’ve booked your session, I’ll contact you to work out the details. The session takes place online, on cell phone or computer. Ideally, we can meet by video.
Each person is unique. So each session is unique.
We start with a single session. After a few weeks, it’s up to you to decide whether you’d like another.
