What is self-hypnosis?
It is about hypnotizing myself, by putting me in a modified state of consciousness.
This way, I can access different information.
Everyone has the ability to do this.
It is not dangerous. I remain conscious, and I can come back at any moment.

What is it for?
Self-hypnosis has several objectives:
- To live spiritual experiences.
- To go inside myself.
- To get messages.
This type of hypnosis is not therapeutic. If I want to get better, I should better have a session with a hypnotherapist.
How to self hypnotize?
There are many ways to self-hypnotize. Here is the guided meditation I use.
I advise to:
- Put the cell phone on silent.
- Lie down.
- Close my eyes.
- Avoid being disturbed.
- Memorize more or less what follows, so that I don’t need to read.
I imagine myself in a field of flowers where I feel good, at the foot of a volcano.
I decide to quietly climb the volcano.
It starts by crossing a forest.
I walk quietly.
At one point, I arrive in a clearing. An animal is waiting for me there.
I give him a hug, then he accompanies me for the rest of the journey.
I continue to climb in the woods, until I arrive above the trees.
Then, there is not much vegetation, they are mainly stones.
I finally reach the top of the volcano.

In the crater, I see a long staircase, which I start to descend.
With each step, I dive deeper into myself.
At the very bottom of the stairs, in the crater, there is a golden door.
I open the door.
Behind it, I enter the cave of my unconscious mind.
From that moment on, I let myself be guided by what happens.
When I decide to come back to the surface, I reopen the door, then I go up the stairs.
At the top of the crater an eagle is waiting for me.
It takes me by the shoulders, then drops me back in the flowery field where I was at the beginning.
In this field, there is a big tree.
A leaf comes off. A message for me is written on it.
Then I can come back to reality, and open my eyes again when I feel it is time.
What may happen?
I can have all kinds of experiences when I am in the cave of my unconscious mind, if I can let go.
- I can open the doors of other lives, to go and explore them.
- I can explore emotional memories.
- I can fall asleep, and that’s okay.
- I can do astral travel.
- I can find myself in the past or in the future.
- I can meet my spirit guides.
- I can receive a cosmic healing.
- I can reconnect to my higher consciousness.
If I can’t visualize, it’s probably because I am too much in the mind and control.
If it happens, I advise to start an introspection with the help of a therapist, to open my channels.
