I’m finally going to be able to run for more than 5 minutes without getting out of breath. 😄
This detox is supposed to last 10 days.
How do the lungs work?
The air that arrives in my lungs is like the sap that arrives from the trunk of a tree. It is distributed in branches, until it reaches alveoli, which would be the equivalent of leaves.
The alveoli are surrounded by tiny blood vessels called capillaries, which allow the exchange of oxygen with the carbon dioxide in the blood.

Why cleanse my lungs?
The lungs have an energetic role:
- They bring the oxygen essential to the cells to produce energy.
- They get the energy present in the air: the prana.
So healthy lungs allow me to have more energy.
However, when the pneumocytes (the cells that line the alveoli of the lungs) are loaded with toxins, they have difficulty doing their job properly.
Symptoms
A congested lung can cause:
- Shortness of breath.
- Shallow breathing.
- Chest pain.
- Coughing.
- Difficulty holding breath.
- Wheezing.
- Sleep apnea.
Diseases
If nothing is done, a respiratory tract disorder could develop:
- Asthma.
- Pneumonia.
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
- Pulmonary fibrosis.
- Bronchitis.
- Pulmonary edema.
- Pulmonary embolism.
- Tuberculosis.
- Covid.
- Acute respiratory distress syndrome.
- Sarcoidosis.
In case of pulmonary disorders, it is recommended to see a pulmonologist.
Natural solutions
There are a few options for deep cleansing the respiratory organs.
To know which ones correspond to me, I can use my felt sense.
Fresh air
During the detox, if I can, I avoid big cities and polluted air.
It is advisable to go green. The sea air is excellent.
Otherwise, my lungs are busy cleaning themselves of pollution, and have less energy for deep detoxification.
If I smoke, it is advisable to stop smoking for good first. There are many therapists who can help me.

Emotional detox
For lasting results, the emotional part must be explored as well.
The lungs accumulate emotional wounds, in particular :
- Sadness.
- Anxiety.
- Fear of living.
I can set the intention to heal myself emotionally during this detox.
If strong emotions come up, it is a good sign: they are ready to be accepted. I can observe them in my body, and comfort myself.
Foods
Helpful foods to clean the lungs:
- Goji berries.
- Almonds.
- Grapefruit.
- Sunflower seeds.
- Banana.
- Green cabbage.
- Chickpeas.
- Lemon.
- Broccoli.
Recommended supplements:
- Zinc combined with magnesium.
- Vitamins B2 and E.
- Mulungu.
- Valerian.
- Cochayuyo seaweed.
- Ginseng.
- Quercetin.
- Tabernaemontana sananho.
- Chia seeds.
- Selenium.
What the lungs do not like:
- Smoking.
- Air pollution.
- Aerosols.
- Masks.
- Bleach.
- Smoke.
- Industrial sugar and fructose.
- Caffeine.
Blood detox
Breathing is a gas transfer between air and blood.
An excellent blood vascularization of the lungs is necessary for me to breathe fully.
Before starting the pulmonary detox, I should perform the blood detox.
Breathing deeply
For a few minutes a day, especially in the morning when I wake up, I can take a deep breath.
That means, breathe in as much air as possible, then breathe out as much air as possible.
This helps the lungs to cleanse themselves energetically.
Sport
Doing cardio involves lung effort.
Breathing is faster because the body needs more oxygen to produce more energy.
During the cleansing, several sports sessions are recommended to stimulate the lungs physically and emotionally.
Walk in the forest
The air in the forest is full of prana produced by the plants.
An influx of prana is beneficial for my lungs, which have more energy to get rid of toxins

Conclusion
How to undertake a natural and gentle lung detox?
By exploring several physical, emotional and energetic options.
Good luck!
