Many people are cut off from their intuitive sensing, or do not trust it.
But it is a wonderful compass that always points in the best direction!
What is felt sense?
This is what I feel deep inside my physical body.
Example: I walk into a room and I feel like a heavy sensation.

Why use my felt sense?
My body’s felt sense allows me to connect to my inner wisdom.
If I feel that something does not fit me, then it is not for me.
How am I influenced?
If I don’t listen to myself internally, then I am controlled by my environment.
Felt senses can be influenced by:
- Emotions.
- Emotional wounds.
- Beliefs.
- Energies, subtle entities.
Example: If I am angry, I will have difficulty listening to myself and making a wise decision.
How to use my felt sense?
The prerequisite for being able to trust my felt sense is to be :
- Grounded.
- Aligned.
- Centered.

I settle down in a quiet place. I offer myself a moment of intimacy with myself, breathing deeply and calmly.
Grounding
To ground myself, it’s important to align my cranio-sacral axis, i.e. the axis between my skull and my sacrum.
I can repeat the following process or another:
- I breathe out what I don’t need into the ground, imagining roots extending into the ground from my feet.
- I breathe in what I need through my roots.
- I exhale what I don’t need into the sky, imagining branches rising into the air from my crown.
- I inhale what I need through my branches.
Centering
To center myself, I can send love throughout my body.
Then I breathe out into my hara, located just below the navel.
When I am in my center, I can listen to my physical sensations.
If I am used to listening to my mind, it is not so easy. A training time is necessary.
If I feel a tension, then an emotion is present. I can use the emotional acceptance process.
Listening to my body
Once these conditions are met, I can listen to my felt sense and trust it.
I can ask a question, and listen to the answer:
- If I feel a lightness in my body, it’s a yes.
- If I feel a heaviness, it’s a no.
Or I can listen to my intuition.
Then I can let myself be guided.

Conclusion
How do I listen to my felt sense?
By being perfectly present in my body.
Then, my inner sensations guide me towards the authentic expression of my being.
In other words, trusting my gut feeling is the best way to be myself.
